Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? ...culture is terrible.. The owner of this firm treat the employees like a slave... Salary date is not regular.. I got the last month salary after 60 days.. this was sent after lot of calls and talkings.. also they cut the 50 percent of last month salary..
