...lofar type abusive language. No medical insurance provided for family persons. LAPTOP PROVIDED BUT FROM EMPLOYEE SALARY DEDUCTION. SHIRT NOTICE PAYBACK AMOUNT NOT GIVEN EVEN BRING ME EARLY FROM PREV COMPANY.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

In pandemic crisis our company should support us financially by giving full salary without any deduction. Also our company assure us our job will be safe and similarly they should guide us and our family for medical precautions to fight with covid-19.

Except salary, nothing is here to like. There is no work life balance, No body will talk about your working hours neither management nor your RM. If you have family, then don't join BHFL. You life got sucks, you will have to work till 1-2 AM in every month at least five days in a month.
