No work life balance, no Holiday, not even Sunday, even on National holiday such as Independent day we are asking to work from home, no timeing of work hour, it starts from morning 9:00 until your work for the day is done, it hardly end before 10:00 pm. HR team are toothless people they don't have any say on employees welfare.

...ile they are very flexible, they demand output and even reward you for the same. The bonus and incentive structure are very attractive and the growth opportunities presented here are almost twice compared to any other place. Open culture, very start-up-like, wear what you want, feel comfortable and stay driven at all times.

I had a very good experience in Bajaj, I used to get a very good salary there monthly and I also got facilities like insurance and my manager and upper management were also very good. I have worked for a long time in TVS Credit, the culture and management there is very good. I never had any problem. My manager was Abhishek Kushwaha, he understood my problem very well and also solved it.I always achieved my targets and did a good job.

One thing I like about Bajaj Finance is..even if the name of Bajaj Finance is taken, people respect it.. this company has earned a lot of reputation.. As I am a recovery agent, whenever I used to meet or contact a Coustomer, that Coustomer.. I used to respect the name of Bajaj Finance.. Thank you Bajaj.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

As a personal loan recovery agent, one thing I have come to know is that the salary of recovery agent (DCA) is very low. 10 to 12 thousand only.. Recovery agent makes full recovery, listens to Coustomer's talk, abuse.. that's all or sometimes he also gets threat of fight from Coustomer.. and same person gets very less salary.. this one thing is not liked.

We are working only for the remuneration we got from the company, and the salary for the same is good as compared to other organisations. Also, the auto promotion policy of the company really appreciable.

Dislikes

Working at Bajaj is not satisfactory. Many times we have to work for entire month without having a single week off. We need to work entire 31 days of the month. Also working hours not strict. Many times needed to work for 12-14 hours a day.
