There is a lot of policies and the manaement doesn't addresses our issues salary is decent but growth is slow there is bond of 2 Years before which you cannot resign

Working culture is truly very bad, seniors are abusing own his colleague, HR policies are only on paper. No HR policy work in this company. No more holidays, 365days working, no fixed office time.

...iming no body is ready to listen your problems . Upline is pressuring so much .. they need target completed whethet u have to put your salary to complete your targets. HR is powerless and useless

My team and my NSM and ASM it's too good. I enjoyed there. But as a work side its a worst place. There all are heartless people. Like we don't have any personal life. Job is our life only just business businesses that's it. Everyone is like a hunger for money. No timings. If we will not do business for 1day that time also thy said like '' doing time pass, go and take leave. There management its not good. Even nobody is happy there.

Yes if they will offer me best salary that time also I will not go. Job its not my life its part of my life.

Working Environment, misbehaviour, poor work life balance, there is no working time in the company and many more things which I don't like about them.
