Employees do not have enough space to sit. Every morning employees are fighting for chair and desk.

No life work balance. Asked to work on holidays and even national holidays. No overtime pay. Lots and lots of overtime. Expected to work after office hours on a daily basis. No geographical and cultural understanding of different locations from the upper hierarchy. There's way too much to mention.
