Working in delhi regional branch.....cordial team......salary on time

Job satisfaction is low.....upper management is unaware of what's going on......a lot of long timers who seem to have zero accountability.....operates like a government organisation

...e cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fairand they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No incentive for sales people, promotion is very poor, salary hike is also not good.boss will favour their colleagues who do oiling

Salary delaying and no career growth or salary growth and once u left the company they will not responed u regarding ur F& F issues nor pf issues..even if u resign properly with the notice period u will not get proper response either from TL or ASM or any team management
