I'm working with Bajaj Electricals as 3rd party not a payroll and the management behave like not wea are human.No increment last 2 years and reduced staff from concern CFA and their work load to distribute to transport Coordinator.

Dislikes

In Bajaj payroll they are always happy timely salary bonus increment etc. they will depend only transport Coordinator in logistics department but no growth. All the work done by transport Coordinator and end of the meeting the manager said what are doing transport Coordinator.

...ur task without any drawback. That is the key of groth in Bajaj Electricals ltd. Salary paid on last working day of the month.Tour and travelling policy is too much good. Politics is human mind so it is every where.

...s good and continuously update the working culture. Management is totaly biased. Company policies are good and give good salary hike and bonous every year.

There is lot of politics in upper manager level and the negative impact goes to the junior employees. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Bajaj don’t inspect meticulously the salary slips, certificate of the incumbents. Some people entered by forging certificates even if they are not engineer and some people like Mr. Rizwan Ahmed, Purushottam Pandey, Sujit kumar trivedi, Sanjay Kumar, Rakesh Kanojia, Chandan Kumar(Head), Suresh Ryali, Pradeep Kuswaha, LN Dubey, Abhishek Rai, Mahaveer Yadav , Vikash Gaurav, Rajaram Thakur are playing with the company fame. They all are doing job besides having contractor ship on their own. All had took money from the contractors . If company wants to float then immediately terminate these termites otherwise company will be completely ruined. Atul pathak have ruined the entire epc segment. How can one CA was given to run the EPC?

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.
