...s good and continuously update the working culture. Management is totaly biased. Company policies are good and give good salary hike and bonous every year.

There is lot of politics in upper manager level and the negative impact goes to the junior employees. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

They r cut salary of April Month to half. May month they give full salary. The salary of April and May they paid in June..

No career growth , No increment last 2year, Full of politics issue , Many employees are relatives of other employees . One horrible thing is they extract work as a supervisor upto Senior engineer post .

Career growth salary.appraisal and work environment is good.I love the fact that Im a part of a team.

The work pressure is very high. I have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day.There is no work training program at site.
