No incentive for sales people, promotion is very poor, salary hike is also not good.boss will favour their colleagues who do oiling

Really this is fully supportive team and company with good behaviour

Morphy richard bajaj electricals Ltd company's employees have many issue and problems with salary and etc beginning lock down.They have many work and target, consignment for our employees but they have no salary for employees really this is very bad behaviour last 6th to 7th months with company. In this company no progress opportunity only fully hardworking,all employees are in one category like old ya fresher and also same salary,like illiterate ya graduate also same. There are no option for progress for any employer
