Flexi timing Culture is not toxic

...it's started only for a specific department. Unrealistic time lines are given. Pay dispersion is not fair. Marketing is never clear about what they exactly want. Unwanted pressure is created only on one department regardless of who is responsible for the delay in project.

Compensation and benefits, Welcoming new joiners with good gesture

Dislikes

Being a big brand and expectations, superiors in organisation have lack of technical exposure and the planning is being done purely on theoretical assumptions but not on ground reality this is leading to failure or delays in projects. Quality is not par having a good brand image.

Likes

1. Work life balance 2. No pressure after office timings, even if very rare. 3. Great opportunities to grab.

Dislikes

1. Appraisal and increments 2. Not much into core engineering. 3. Majority of employees are in office to draw salary and doesn't like to work. Maybe an issue of culture rather than individuals I feel.

Salary is on time to time .... Time is very flexible , staff is very friendly

Canteen and bus 🚌 both are not free means it was total paid ... working culture is highly pressurise and toxic ....... Shifts are rotational as per requirement as session to session

I was on off roll. So less salary & No benefits . No work satisfaction because the work assigned to me was different from my profile no involvement in main activities . If you are getting recruited for Off roll . Think thrice before joining because you will feel bad by seeing the benefits and salary of On roll employees.
