The Bajaj company is little supportive in salary during Lockdown.but Not fully supportive during Covid-19 pandemic disease.because I am quarantined till date 6/8/2020 And also I give proof of them but they discontinued my job before end of my Quarantine period.

No Promotion, no training, no skills, no appraisal, no good salary hike, only flat structure, Like as I can say not a single employee is happy over there. They can transfer your department whenever and as they like as per production need.

You will definitely get some hands on experience on processes & work as an individual contributor will let u learn processes in more detail

It is as low as zero for worst performer & then 10%, 75% & 125% in increasing order 6) No defined scope of work 7) No lateral movements 8) work as individual contributor throughout your career...
