...k into it. Every team member was trying to keep me back except the organisation. When you serve the organization for more than 10 years you deserve to get some compensation. But Bajaj didn't give you that.

*No hike *No appreciation *We have to work hard and managers take credit Totally irresponsible HRs they don't want to know anything about the employees happiness during tenure even they don't want meet any employees while leaving the company to take any feedback. *I waited for 1 month for my experience letter after taking many follow-ups. *I waited for more than two months for my PF amont after taking many follow ups neither I received it nor any reply from HRs *no growth *no extra curricular activities.

...epartment are used in respectfully language with employees All supervisors are used in respectfully language with employees Too less salary And lot of deduction Work is too hard and there is nothing to earn Not there is nothing to developments of skills there is only work on line 8 hours that all

No Promotion, no training, no skills, no appraisal, no good salary hike, only flat structure, Like as I can say not a single employee is happy over there. They can transfer your department whenever and as they like as per production need.
