Good pay have been reduced for many employees Promotions should not be limited to employees who have completed higher education

1. Bajaj auto working style is very different from other OEM's we work like as in an engineering college. 2. High job security level, in covid scenario many companies fired from job but auto not a single employee fired.

Dislikes

No defined upgradation structure for diploma holders. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Huge difference in between diploma holders and digree holder in all aspects like salary & career growth.
