First of all we like in Bajaj Auto Ltd that this company having latest technology and company improving that how to easy the work and work place day by day . This company vision is very high. Every employee belong To other cultures but we work together very simply behaviour

The work pressure is very high. Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

It is as low as zero for worst performer & then 10%, 75% & 125% in increasing order 6) No defined scope of work 7) No lateral movements 8) work as individual contributor throughout your career...
