No Job Rotation Policy, hence One Senior Member stick at same department till retirement & there is no team culture. The role & responsibilities will remain same at the date of joining & till team member retirement.

...e.Appraisal system is an formality & salary /gradation depends on whims of boss. Salary structure is good.Internal politics /chamchagiri are part of the system.& hence some time company loose good employees. There is good scope for learning , work environment is good, limited scope for innovations & without expecting rewards especially in junior levels. Work load & stress is high in production to achieving targets.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow & get demotivated when under performer gets promoted as he is loyal to boss. Work pressure is high but not compensated & appraisal system is biased & does not give proper rating for the right candidate. Internal politics makes me feel insecure in my career growth.

No Promotion, no training, no skills, no appraisal, no good salary hike, only flat structure, Like as I can say not a single employee is happy over there. They can transfer your department whenever and as they like as per production need.
