It is a wrost company. Here diploma engineer salary is very low and after two year comapny cut the employment.

Everything, policy is wrost, job security is almost zero, after 10 year bajaj goes to a wrost company list, product improvement is zero.

1. Top management is helpful and supportive. 2. Always supports in learning new things. 3. Enrich experienced collogues are always sharing knowledge and help whenever get stuck in some issue. 4. Provides various training and given opportunity to represent factory on national level competitions. 5. Compensation & benefits are good.

...GULAR CHECKED ITS WORKERS AND EMPLOYEES HEALTH AND SPREAD AWARE ABOUT COVID 19. OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS GOOD BUT THE SALARY IS NOT GOOD FOR AT THESE STAGE LIKE TATA AND L&T. THERE IS GOOD FOOD AND BREAKFAST TOO.

...mount for resignation and for experience letter.Trainee engineer not paid bonus. Salary increment is slow . Promotion chances is very low at the level of diploma.

... Good scope for learning. Overall and also ladies safety policies are very good. Every year bonus and Appraisals are fair on performance basis.

I don't like culture about proving your self every time because sometimes you work for self satisfaction not to impress management
