The work pressure is very high. Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

In R&D work life balance is good and other facilities are also satisfactory only for R&D professionals.

For Diploma professionals this industry is not good because they are not giving enough salary and promotion as well.

Good work environment and culture.our teammates are supportive and friendly.there is a huge cafeteria with well maintained higeen.thr give good salary and transport.

Salary is good but career growth is poor.

You will definitely get some hands on experience on processes & work as an individual contributor will let u learn processes in more detail

... flat structure 2) No training culture 3) No appraisal system 4)No job security 5) Variable part of salary is never realized. It is as low as zero for worst performer & then 10%, 75% & 125% in increasing order 6) No defined scope of work 7) No lateral movements 8) work as individual contributor throughout your career...
