The environment is good, as well as the pay package; which is very good. There's a lot of scope of learning here in the industry. Management is a bit clueless and less emotionally oriented but overall it's a good place or organisation to work for or work in. Good amount of promotions are there, trips national or international they have all to keep their people happy and motivated.

Specially Direct channel worst job culture. All seniors are rude, Cluster manager, RH all are too much bad. I suggest not to join is direct Channel in BALIC.
