...ance, the mangers call you at any time and also ask you to work during weekends. No good salary and promotion is also not good. My manager is in Bajaj Allianz for 10 years and he earns only 9-11 lakhs per month. Same is the case with my colleague. He worked for 6 years and is still the assistant manager.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. and It's rewards scheme is excellent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not adequate and career growth is slow.

I joined bagic back in 2018 as a executive trainee and thereafter got promoted as a senior executive.. belive me life was hectic at bagic.. there is no job security at all ..as you get daily job fire dhamaki from seniors and Galiya as well.. Upper management is worst.. if anyone joining.. then pls change plan and don't waste time..no growth is there. Your work start at 8.30 and finishes at 9 pm sometimes 11 pm. No holiday No extra benifit. Worst company to work

Politics at high level.. Salary as you get 1000 rs. Increment per year even if you sell tea you can earn 50k per month..waste of time and energy

Company environment, salary, also other department very supportive, friendly environment also all festival are celebrated there.

Dislikes

Hr not taking action against loyal or hardworking peoples when they was complaining against the exact issue.. they just ignore employees complaint because of management.
