Work culture comprises of diverse ethnicities which would be a huge learning opportunity for new comers and the environment is friendly and easy going. Middle management and top management contribute in job training and skill development. Hard work and sincere efforts are appreciated and rewarded. Compensation and salaries are excellent. Job security and employee satisfaction is guaranteed if contribution towards organisational goals are found worthy. Work-life balance is good. Travel opportunities are ample. Creativity and innovation are a little on the down side. Mainly because the company deals in a slow moving tangible highly long lasting durable products which is why it is safe to aim at sustainability rather than risk taking with creative and innovative ideas. Hence, Senior management believes in conservative approaches to keep sales targets at peak and ensure smooth flow of business. However you may be given a chance to present out of the box ideas if found worthy and capable of such ideas.
