The best part of the company senors is that they motivate each and every employee of the company and forced them to explore something new. As I am in Quality Dept where I got to know that how to manage the best possible way to maintain the quality in terms of customer satisfactions.

...or reaching the plant it takes almost 1 hr which covers almost all of your time. Apart from the job timing, the salary package is very short (basically don't match your basic expectations even your qualifications too).
