The company is open to learn and earn something new every day which is the best thing about the company. The best part of the company senors is that they motivate each and every employee of the company and forced them to explore something new. As I am in Quality Dept where I got to know that how to manage the best possible way to maintain the quality in terms of customer satisfactions.

...or reaching the plant it takes almost 1 hr which covers almost all of your time. Apart from the job timing, the salary package is very short (basically don't match your basic expectations even your qualifications too).
