...epartments. Also politics within teams, actually there is no team, all pretends. Dont's ask about salary, it's worse than the politics. Oh wait and the HR. I swear they don't deserve to be even humans. They don't care about how you work; what you work. All you have to special (VERY SPECIAL) to one particular senior and boom! increment all year. A worst company.Only company will take advantage from employee but they didn't pay their salary on time.They pay after 3 months.And nonsense HR policy.No growth no skill development.Only you will get frustrated.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
