Because this is a mnc company and we are working at Kuwait which is the 3 largest economy rich country and we don't understand that we are working in BABCOCK OR IN INDIAN COUNTRY because here is also they are treating like we are working in an INDIA no rules and regulations when any accedent occurs they doesn't look after them i think the management of this company is mostly INDIANS , PAKISTANI, & EGYPTIAN their managing system are same like indian, here in kuwait i had been working since 2005 the living coast is increased but still our salary didn't just like indians but the company is good management worstest.
