The most decent thing is the higher management, they are so much supportive that amaze me. 2ndly the SOP is very strong and justified to. If you manage well your store, this company could be Haven for you, otherwise they will teach you how to maintain.

... some times its getting difficult to maintain so many things in a single moment. Salary structure for older employees could be more attractive that they can be at comfortable zone in life standard.

I am satisfied the company & salary growth year to year & work for day to day new activities product knowledge management knowledge & others knowledge per day achive:) We often get awesome deals on cool offers too. I always prefer my family and friends to visit there near by stores.

One good thing about Bazaar Retail Private Limited is that here we are taught a lot through training from time to time which help us in working.

My only dislike about working in bazaar retail private limited is the salary which is not fair as compared to the work. Apart from this all the staff whether new or old get the same salary which is not right. In Bazaar Retail Private Limited instead of giving chances to own staff for higher position, more chances are given to outsiders, which is not right.

They give salary on time. But they offered you salary to low. HR's very much in operative. They are told that 9.40 hours not enough for the company. Although their policy told that 9 hours working is enough.

Dislikes

They supposed employees are not human they are Robot. HR Head & COO Are very much incopretive.
