Well I don’t have just one. There are many . Don’t expect any appraisal amount . If you work as a waiter at the restaurant. You might get higher tip at the end of the month . Then getting any appraisal from ba call centre . It took me almost 4 years to understand that I was in mess and hell. I more thing I want to say at the time when I resigned their behaviour towards me was like I am nothing. Anyways I would suggest if any person whoever is looking forward to work in Bpo industry go for any other call centre but not call ba .

Nothing to like about Call BA, Because of incompetent leaders like Amrita Srivastava ( Training manager), Inderpreet Singh Dhawan ( Trainer) and HR is so incapable to make right decision.

Not at all the right place to grow. You can find trainer and manager in compromising situation Most of the time trainers hang around and date their colleagues. people can be seen using contraband near and inside the campus.
