Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

There is no groth i have give 5years of my life to the company and didn’t het any promotion but the one join gets higher salary. I worked as a customer care and the bad day of my life came when a customer hit me on head in the workplace and b2x didn’t do anything i have took my stand and went to police station there was no support from b2x still I continue my work with b2x hoping things will change but unfortunately it didn’t so I finally took my step out.

Work culture is really good, I have overall 4years of experience with B2X. We can learn so many things while working. Company gives us various opportunity to learn and work in friendly environment.
