First of all, I am not satisfied with the salary I am getting. It is extremely poor. However, the work is pretty hectic and extremely exhausting.

I love to work in my previous company because we have a good teammates, supporting colleague. Company work Environment is so great. Training period was my best time in company. I learn lots of things but i like most values. Their behaviour for everyone is Equal.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

B2R, a rural organization, opens offices in various areas and provides employment to the local people, which is a great initiative to curb migration

Everything. They brainwash people at the time of hiring. They are looting the innocent pahadi people they treat their employees like beggars. Only people who are in good terms with supervisor and working with them from a long time are treated well. They discriminate on the name of religion, cast, region, gender etc. Even when u share ur problem with HR they don't help u as ur supervisor is friend with HR. The whole nexas constantly harras employee.

If corporate slavery has a name it would be B2R. Worked here for an year the worst company i have ever heard of. I suffered from mental illeness coz of this job. Luckily, I Quit the here ans that was the best decision of my life. This company is full of toxicity. Treats there employees as dog. Oh! even dogs are respected nowadays. They are running a scam in the name of Rural employement. Fool people
