Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Respected sir My essential duty and responsibility including but not limit. Ensure SOP compliance implement. Target orientation guide the store team and motivat the team selling team. Execution of sale plan and performance. And maintain the best store standard. Oversee the scheduling of store related activities and etc. And best service provider the customer.
