I think BS SPONGE IRON PVT LIMITED IS ONE OF THE BEST GROWTH COMPANY IN THIS AREA IN COMPRESSION TO OTHER SMALL COMPANY THEY PROVIDE THE BETTER BENEFIT AND NO POLITICAL WORK CULTURE IS VERY GOOD.

The company is not clear which employee is deserve better position or better salary if you get job from any consultancy or any source than your salary is good but if you are get job from your own risk than salary is not worth .

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
