... BALANCE IS HORRIBLE. SALARY IS NOT THAT GREAT IN COMPARISON TO AMOUNT OF WORK . ONLY APPRECIABLE THING IS SALARY ON TIME. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE LEFT B M BIRLA HEART RESEARCH CENTRE FOR ABOVE REASONS. IT FEELS LIKE YOU ARE SLAVE TO THE ORGANIZATION.

Nice place to learn things.. Good team and good hospital

Low salary,increment. Not maintaining Nurse patient ratio even in critical care areas.. I resigned from this job 6 months back but till now i didn't received my Pf.

It’s a best place in Kolkata to work very friendly environment and it’s a good opportunity to learn.its like second home and management is very best.i found everything awesome over there

salary is very poor... Not a great incrmnt of salary is there.. So many hidden terms and condition r there... After joining and working some months u can able know those terms and condition... create very big problem during your resignation period... They are not easily except your resignation also..

It's a good cardiac care centre.. I learned many things from the hospital especially from my Cath lab department. Good team work is the one of the best qualities of the hospital. Hospital management will supporting the staffs and giving respect to them. And I also like the in-service classes and policies of the hospital.

Less salary is the main problem..
