During this lockdown management has taken a great decision for staff's, like food service at hostel, bus supply for local staff's, quarentine facility for sick staff's and also very much support and care at that time. Also they made a chain through that regularly all Incharge's & Manager's use too go for hostel visit through that all small small issue was came out. Overall everything is very good to work here but the sellary is less compering to the work.

My work life was very nice. I had a great team & very nice Nursing Superintendent mam. At during my work Sr. Soma, Sr. Joby, Br. Sagar, Br. Jasmon they always used too teach me how to become best. All my seniors supporters me a lot during my work life.

The worst thing is the behaviour of HR personnel..no proper appraisal..HR department is just horrible..no proper increment...HR department only know how to harras the staffs..

It's a good cardiac care centre.. I learned many things from the hospital especially from my Cath lab department. Good team work is the one of the best qualities of the hospital. Hospital management will supporting the staffs and giving respect to them. And I also like the in-service classes and policies of the hospital.
