Work culture is good friendly but continuous long hours of work. colleagues are supportive. Management is fine transparent. They don't have any proper policies its up to them when they want to follow or not .

Just one thing without any prior information any time you could be asked to wait for meetings and that you don't know till when it will last. Have to suffer with all other planned stuffs be then.
