Work culture is good friendly but continuous long hours of work. colleagues are supportive. Management is fine transparent. They don't have any proper policies its up to them when they want to follow or not .

Dislikes

Just one thing without any prior information any time you could be asked to wait for meetings and that you don't know till when it will last. Have to suffer with all other planned stuffs be then.

Work Details

It was overall a nice experience to work here. As a senior teacher enjoyed teaching students and managing the overall lesson planning, syllabus development, conducting exams etc.

Little bit of politics and management should take some steps but they don't adress our issues.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
