Likes

The best part working with BDG was work and personal life balance. They never force their employees to stay late nights to complete the project or the work assigned. Work environment is very friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

The Carrier growth in BDG is very slow. After working for 3 years here I didn’t get any promotion or increment. Also they assign other works than the job profile.

I believe in continuously learning with growing but unfortunately in my current organization. I am not able to learn anything new. I mean doing same job as last two years.

Dislikes

This is no scope for the increment. This is no scope for the creativity in our company.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
