There is nothing to like about in this company.

Dislikes

...of trap. They will somehow convince you to leave your current job and join them. They will lure you with higher pay or anything and then in a month or so they will remove saying your performance is not good, you are not competent enough etc. And say resign of your own accord or we will throw you out. The attrition rate is very high with the maximum retention for any employee is a month....no learning and complete waste of time. Be careful before you make up your mind to join this company. They do not give you any time to think or act and force you to resign. Besides there are some privileged people there whom you need to please along with your existing boss. Very abusive work culture.

Provides free lunch. One can leave office on time, no pressure on this. Office ambience is too good, spread over actres of open land. Beautiful landscape.

...ery bad language. Event a shopkeeper treats his employees better, comparatively. If you leave the organisation, middle of the year, you won't get the annual benefits including bonus etc. They even do not honour their written commitment given in appointment letter. WORST PLACE TO WORK.

They have hire fire policy. Their payment and notice period terms are ambiguous They dont share offer letter initially, which is not amendable, when you change the organisation People are scared of their jobs at all time, so they wont going to tell you work requirements Please do not relocate for this job, you may end up losing your job, with no expense being reimbursed

They dont value people other than their baniya community No respect for employees No job role clarity HR has no role to play Promoters dont share what they want, and they themselves have their clashes They dont judge you on your work and caliber They hire industry specilists for different projects but end up not pursuing those projects and lay off such newly hired employees Promoters are visionless
