    Very less salary compared to same industry standard. Promotions:- when you submit your resignation in order to retain you that time you will get promotions. Job security:- Any time they will force you to resign. Skill development:- No skill development program in HR policy itself. Highly inefficient HR dept. Work satisfaction:- You won’t get recognition for your achievements. Because Manager itself don’t know about the benefits or positive impact of your work. Company Culture:- Overall more of politics, more focused on respect from subordinates than business requirements. Rehiring policy is another one of the blunder in this company.
