Azure has declared WORK from Home very lately, which causes lots of problems to employees. Team Mates are Good, but not the Senior Stake-holders. And, not paying the salaries on time.

Dislikes

Now, it is June 2020, but still not received the full salary of March 2020. So, no salary for April and May. Currently started laying off. A tendency to cut the salary in the name of performance. Very less scope to learn new technologies. Poor Work-Life balance. Poor Appraisal. It is not a place to stay for more than 3 years. There is no good long-staying technical person.

Everything. No job security Utterly selfish. If the project is cancelled, you are fired. If theproject is completed, you are fired. HR is a no.1 $##$!$ Their need is money. If thats done with the project, you are nothing to them
