They give you full project responsibility, you have freedom to work as per your logic, they promote use of AI tools like github co-pilot, my manager was good person and understanding, manager always supported me and encouraged whenever required.team leader is knowledgeable person with helpful attitude and never ever used any harsh words even if there are production bugs. Team mates are good and supportive, no politics at least for me.

Dislikes

There are few disadvantages 1. Its a small scale company having around 50-60 employees do not expect mnc type standards 2. Managers are non technicals- sometimes you have to spend time to educate them with technical information 3. Everyday you have to give 6.5 hrs of billable - if you don't then they will question your productivity 4. They follow agile scrum methodology which becomes hectic after year or so 5. Appraisal are not good. They gave same appraisal to all the employees even if you give 100% billable hours. 6. No healthcare benefits to employees 7. If you don't have billable hours they will keep an eye on you and put you on PIP which in-turn will make you to leave company 8. Software testing department performance is questionable. 9. Worked on very old technology which is not good for career growth. 10. US team enjoys more benefits and perks as compare to indian team.

Azul Arc is a good place to work, it's employee-friendly, and moreover, it's a hierarchy-free organization. Anyone can ask anyone for help and support. You can easily access company management too for any obstacle you face in your day-to-day work.
