Nothing is there to like about this company.

Dislikes

No work life balance. There is no any extra benefit apart from salary. No overtime payment, no food and transport allowance. No proper salary and increment dates you have to take salary whenever they give, until that you have to beg them but organisation don't care about employees. Very poor working culture.

On site if i got any trouble or any problems regarding with works,my company will take sudden action until it solved completely. Great team works. Great responsibility with great facilities(supports). My company will take action at any time if we got any problems. Great opportunity to work st Azam Electricals pvt ltd.

Nothing much Work is work only No timings we should stay almost on site only based on work,work is work only,no problem.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
