Nothing is good. They will kick you whenever they want and they will keep only b**t licking employees. Toxic management culture. No growth strategies from top management. They will not provide any software to maintain records. They expect to do everything manually in Google sheets. I've not learnt anything good in the company.

Likes get overshadowed by the toxic work culture, flexible work hours is not a perk, it means you need to work 24x7

Toxic work culture, it isn't the people, people are sweet, everybody is overburdened with work, and nobody questions, the toxic culture is derived from the top management. From threatening team on slack. No appreciation for work. No proper career growth framework. They consider you are working horses, and disposable ,Management expects you to work over the weekends, and even after regular working hours. You will be exhausted. They will ask you to work even on the days you taken leaves, or sick leaves, nobody cares.

The company has the potential to go big and grow provided it focuses on a good culture and product innovation. CEO is smart.

Dislikes

Company culture. An unfit CTO who is probably a bad hire. Jugaad tech work won't scale and there is no learning. CEO should focus on improving the culture and bringing good people to work like a sports team.

1. Red flag company 2. Never trust whatever the HR will say at the time of joining. 3.No appreciation or incentives for your hard work. They will ask you to sacrifice your personal life. 4.only the manager has the right over your incentives. You will be asked to worked hard so that the manager can buy superbike and car. 5. If you will ask for leave they will ask you to resign from the job. 6.Worst work culture.
