Work timings from 8 am to 4 pm

Job security - Good

Dislikes

1) Even if one is late by one minute the salary will be cut, never got the full salary. 2) Teachers are loaded and dumped with work always. 3) HR is one lazy person always responding late. 4) Vice Principal keeps shouting at the teachers during meetings without any etiquette. 5) The Boys wing HM is heavily sarcastic with the faculty, he does not any respect towards the teachers at all.

...ts wrong complain, you'll not be asked for explanation, they'll just should you. Very less salary and on late submission of certificates, salary will be 50% cut and from rest 50% esi and pf will be cut according to 100% salary amount, very low payscale

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
