1) Even if one is late by one minute the salary will be cut, never got the full salary. 2) Teachers are loaded and dumped with work always. 3) HR is one lazy person always responding late. 4) Vice Principal keeps shouting at the teachers during meetings without any etiquette. 5) The Boys wing HM is heavily sarcastic with the faculty, he does not any respect towards the teachers at all.

Dislikes

Lot of pressure, no control over children, whatever happens, blame will be on teacher. And if a student puts wrong complain, you'll not be asked for explanation, they'll just should you. Very less salary and on late submission of certificates, salary will be 50% cut and from rest 50% esi and pf will be cut according to 100% salary amount, very low payscale
