Management is very bad. No one is able to listen your voice. I have given 5 years and 6 months to the company but company didn't gave me 5 year Gold Coin gift i asked many time with my seniors and Hr but no one gave reply me. One of my colleague gave 5 years and 1 month to the company but his HOD gave him Gold coin gift even my colleague joined another company. His HOD called him and said come to branch and get your gift. But my HOD have no time to reply me on mail. Company Management did partiality with me. Also company didn't gave me my 2022 FA year PL encashment. I have sent lot's of mail and msgs to hr and my senior but no reply.

Best company for defaulter and non performers . these type of people take growth . High salary hikes here. If you are work with loyalty and hard . They try to push out from company.

Holidays working No management support No hr support After leaving they not giving you claim of working month as well as pl moneys .

No culture at all . no holiday exist in this company every Saturday and Sunday open except one or Sunday u can avail but if work load is too much then forget about the leaves
