Management is very bad. No one is able to listen your voice. I have given 5 years and 6 months to the company but company didn't gave me 5 year Gold Coin gift i asked many time with my seniors and Hr but no one gave reply me. One of my colleague gave 5 years and 1 month to the company but his HOD gave him Gold coin gift even my colleague joined another company. His HOD called him and said come to branch and get your gift. But my HOD have no time to reply me on mail. Company Management did partiality with me. Also company didn't gave me my 2022 FA year PL encashment. I have sent lot's of mail and msgs to hr and my senior but no reply.

The service work here is conducted in a busy manner. The company thinks about everyone. Different challenges are brought to the employees of the company. The service works together.

Best company for defaulter and non performers . these type of people take growth . High salary hikes here. If you are work with loyalty and hard . They try to push out from company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Aye finance p ltd is good work environment & culture. Teammates are all ways supporting for all employees, salary, incentives good bt career growth is too late, hike also vezry low increments
