...f you are dying, they all ask you to follow the policy and then die accordingly. Else they will deduct your salary marking you on "leave without pay".

Nothing Poor company in terms of policies and work culture

Dislikes

Enforcing Work from office They don't want employee to live peacefully 3 days in a week, at least 6hr in office in a day, otherwise salary will be deducted. Waste the employee time for sake of policies and every month they bring new policy especially for work from office. Totally Dissatisfying

Lol, where do I even start? Firstly, work life balance here is crap. You will be asked to work on weekends. It won't seem upfront, but once you start to be a start performer/work on some critical deliverables, you will be asked. There will be partialities. Let's hope you get a good manager, else you will be micro managed. HRBPs will promise to put you in some other project if you reach out due to work pressure, but lol almost all teams are facing the same pressure. The manpower is less but they overestimate the work and take it up. The work culture is TOXIC!

Some managers are really good where as some don't care and would pay less attention to what you say and are not approaching. Various cultural events happe a but it is not that great. Groupism is lot and bias is there. Job security is not there. Just that they are hiring and keeping people on bench and proper utilisation of employees is not there. You are restricted to only one domain that is Pharma and you don't get explore plethora of domains. You would be working in R and not in python and Knime which is outdated. Internal switch is not possible and if you'd o will impact on ratings. Hike is just 8-10%. Think twice before joining this organisation. DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER.

...ce is very poor. I would like to list down few points based on my experience, 1. To be frank they pay a good salary so this will be a big bonus to everyone those who are willing to join this company. Because money is the most important tool in everyones life. 2. Poor work life balance: Well right now I am allocated to some project and previously I was working on another project. So in total I have experience of 2 projects and my role is test analyst. In the current project most of the days I worked from morning 10 Am to night 10pm. And to be honest there are also some days where I logged off in the evening 5:30 pm when there is no work. But trust me, in both the projects the development team worked almost 15 hours a day on an average and they will also get calls in late nights, early morning etc. In addition to that there will be no Sunday's and no Saturday's. So forget about work life balance when you join this company. 3. Culture: In a day on an average I will be working for 10 hours. most of the time I will be spending time with my colleagues rather than family and friends. So I will be expecting from everyone to be friendly and like a family. But in reality the manager will treat you like a student and the teammates will never help you unless the manager instructs to help. There is a lot of drama in the presence of manager and in the absence of manager. Most of them don’t even know how to behave with the teammates. All my teammates are from different location and I work from different location so I have never met my teammates in person. But I came to know that my teammates including my manager will make fun of me on my back, they will crack jokes on me and they have a bad opinion on me. New members joined our team first 2 days everything went well and later even they started ignoring me. Now what I feel is my teammates have been talking about me on my back in front of the new members so even they have started taking me lite. Apart from this I had a clash with one of my manager, then I reported to some higher officials and later everything has changed and even my manger also started giving negative feedbacks. Now what I feel is I have been targeted by everyone. It has been 5 months each and every single day I am working here with dominant fear that whether my employment is in risk with axtria. The directors are good but because of the managers and team members behaviour, I feel the company is loosing its reputation even after paying some good salary. If my teammates and my managers are friendly then I am very much interested to work even 12 to 13 hours a day. But it is really hard to work so many hours sitting with enemies or toxic people. As soon as manager assigns some task, everyone of my team members will be in a group call to discuss about the work and how to proceed with the work. Believe me I was never with them in a call, everyday I worked alone.I want to conclude by saying “Culture is really really worse”. 4. No job security: more than 100 members are fired from the company after 8 months since there joining because of the reason they have copied in the initial exam. My question is if they have copied in the exams then why you people hired them? And after 8 months why you people have fired them? Its because axtria has failed in screening the exam process. Nobody know due to what reasons you will be out. 5. I know my voice doesn’t count, but someday I believe one of the director or chief or even CEO will get notified about this and at least they may implement some new steps to avoid the kind of situations I am facing. 6. This is my first company after my graduation, I never wanted to join the top mnc’s. Due to some unavoidable situations( wrt family) I was in search of good paying jobs. After all the sleepless nights and going through depression I got this job. The hard thing is daily I am thinking about resignation but still I can’t do that because there is no other source of income. And I don’t even think there are opportunities for employees with one year of experience. “As of now I don’t recommend this company to anyone”. May be in future if company tries to improve its culture then you can think of joining this company. Thank you, Good luck!!
