Some managers are really good where as some don't care and would pay less attention to what you say and are not approaching. Various cultural events happe a but it is not that great. Groupism is lot and bias is there. Job security is not there. Just that they are hiring and keeping people on bench and proper utilisation of employees is not there. You are restricted to only one domain that is Pharma and you don't get explore plethora of domains. You would be working in R and not in python and Knime which is outdated. Internal switch is not possible and if you'd o will impact on ratings. Hike is just 8-10%. Think twice before joining this organisation. DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER.

Sometimes they pay you well

Leadership lacks empathy . They just run on numbers, deliverables and meetings. Funer ruings like support, help, understanding, empathy, mentorship etc are meaningless words here. I was pregnant and yet they decided to put me in PIP and remove. I kept asking them to move me out of project and account but they didn’t do on time and kept giving me bad feedback. I strongly suggest no one to join Axtria Amgen.

Nothing Poor company in terms of policies and work culture

Enforcing Work from office They don't want employee to live peacefully 3 days in a week, at least 6hr in office in a day, otherwise salary will be deducted. Waste the employee time for sake of policies and every month they bring new policy especially for work from office. Totally Dissatisfying

There are 3 things you look for in a company- learning, compensation, and work-life balance. Axtria has none of these 3.

Dislikes

Incompetent seniors, lack of quality work, working hours are not respected, the lock-in period for bonuses, very high attrition rate. Most freshers who join here leave without completing even a single year. Hiring throughout the year is always a red flag for a company.

Nothing as of now , even they have decreased salary standards and going year over year this is dipping down

Worst leadership ever I have seen . They promise less time to client and push employees to work late nights and over weekends without extra pay . Leaders here are just people with very less skills to handle clients and it all comes to ground level people to stretch and do it all .
