Pays well but that’s the only plus point. Confused leadership, random policies and lack of transparency. Perks are next to nothing and insurance coverage is also not good.

Good work life balance and good pay. If you want to focus on yourself and don’t really care about company policies, leadership and perks, this is a good fit for you.

...s, low ideas, clearly, you feel like respecting or even talking to none of them. Apart from this cheating in terms of rules, salary, salary increases, bones also joining bonus without telling the employee of Locking period are very very common. How to start a company grow a company absolutely no morals has been proved by axtria of the last one decade.

Higher management is full of shit . Doesnt know anything about. They just want to fullfill there goals which is cost cutting . They dont want anyone to succedd

Axtria has a good wfh policy. Not the best but somewhat better than some other company. You can work from all 5 locations in India.

Not good salary hikes from past 2-3 years. No stocks. No perks. No learning if you are not in a good project which is rare. Biased managers and work environment.

Lol, where do I even start? Firstly, work life balance here is crap. You will be asked to work on weekends. It won't seem upfront, but once you start to be a start performer/work on some critical deliverables, you will be asked. There will be partialities. Let's hope you get a good manager, else you will be micro managed. HRBPs will promise to put you in some other project if you reach out due to work pressure, but lol almost all teams are facing the same pressure. The manpower is less but they overestimate the work and take it up. The work culture is TOXIC!
