...rking envirnment for grls anf ladies. Teammates are not supportive all are same.there have not any policies for staff , thay dont give good salary and not have any bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the managements doesn't address our issue. Salary was not taking to time to time , job traning is give 2days only after that fresser is older.

Respect towards Employers or employees, Self-Freedom given to do work, Staff is co-operating and Works with Maintaining good relation.

Dislikes

Lack of Quality of staff rather quantity of staff hired by the company. Damages of goods during transhipment, losses, customer dissatisfaction due to some company staff negligence or unresponsible behavior. Employer promotion, Increment, recognition system should be taken seriously and improved.

I don't like any think about Axpress Logistics they people are not at all professionals No job security They are not following any compliance rule regulations I just want to say if you want to waste your time and want to spoil your courier then join this company
