I am a coworker in this axons technology and solutions company in belthangady location, i will not suggest anyone to start their career in this company, company management and HR will foolish you , if you started your work on this company, timely salary not giving and salary holding, if your asking the salary they will register an unauthorised complaint on you Finally , i want to tell you guys this job portfolio is not for Middle class and there family because you will don't get anything from thing company, this company Directors , Management and HR will only use you for their needs ....

I will not suggest anyone start there career in this company, this company management will use you , like a animals , you will not understand when you joined first after the 1 to year you will definitely find how they use you like animals.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
